this is from perspective of last 5 years, but things are about to change Fairly flat structure, great people and no egos, good technology and no unnecessary processes, great culture, people go home on time .
Cons
virtually no benefits all functions apart from sales and operations are based in North America not generous with pay increase - in fact super stingy not much room for career progression
