Merger was not a great idea - Research Project Manager Dynata Employee Review

Sales is treated with the upmost respect and gets the upper hand in everything. Project Mangers are overworked and get no recognition for what they do. No room for growth with SSI moving all their employees into managerial & executive positions. SSI is basically taking over so it doesn't seem like a merger at all. The culture has plummeted.
