Pros
It's a good foundation in developing my communication skills especially in speaking english and it helps me to develop my intrapersonal skills. It taught me how to take care customers with rapport.
Cons
What's really my problem when I was still working with them is time management. I had difficulty managing my time because I was also studying while working at the same time and I got a full load schedule .
