Disorganized mess - Anonymous employee Dynata Employee Review

Easily the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. No structure, sales just wants make sales, software doesn't work half the time, no repercussions for multiple mistakes (which is great until it becomes apparent people don't learn), no growth, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if there's some big layoffs in a year given the penny pinching nature of the big guys up top
