Pros
Before the Merger things were OK but after the only good thing left was the health plan.
Cons
Bad pay high turn over, Back biting, bureaucratic, repeated failure, bad management, bad finances (can't pay bills on time they lie about it), Private equity backed and highly leveraged, Short term mind set, and no room for personal growth or creativity. Both sides miss lead each other pre-merger. There are very few people who don't want to leave.
