Pros
Company tends to hire young people straight out of college or with little experience.
Cons
Company has systematically lowered it's contribution to it's bonus plan to where it is very minimal percentage of base pay. In Operations, bonus used to be passed out four times a year, then changed to two times a year, now it is once a year.
