Lack of management. They cant get back to you when you have issues but can surely message you when they want something

We focus a great deal on communication as we think frequent and transparent communication is important to both culture and engagement. Our call center supervisors try to be responsive however with over 3,000 agents occasionally there might be a delay in response time, but they do respond.
