Office politics and fluctuating salaries - Anonymous employee Dynata Employee Review

Office politics- brown noses abound. If you don't suck up you will never get ahead Promotions are questionable. People seem to get promoted and hired into roles without rhyme or reason. Salary agreement constantly changing- your salary will decrease, this maybe the only job on earth were you make less money after a year or two of starting. Clueless management- management seems to enjoy having ego stroked rather than manage, most do not understand the systems used. A very bad sign.
