Pros

My team was filled with rockstars

Cons

Management doesn't listen and despite the InteralComm blub, pay is not where it should be and there is NOT a work/life balance. It's work till it's done-damn your family, your physical health, your mental health and if you are not in the "in crowd" forget ever getting promoted. It's why I left - especially when the merger with SSI started. The writing was on the wall. SSI people were making 10-30% more than the RN people and there were no plans to equalize the pay structure - at least none that were shared with the actual people making the magic happen every single day.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you had a negative experience at Dynata, especially after your years of service. Much progress has been made to bring Dynata to life through the combined strengths of SSI and Research Now, as well as Reimagine Holdings. Our leadership team has worked to ensure that our employees are a leading voice in building our culture, focused on creating a positive and engaging work environment and maintaining our position as a leader and innovator in the industry. Many of the issues you highlighted have been addressed as a result of these efforts, including: Pay gaps between employees – we continue to work on resolving this within the structure of our normal performance and promotion evaluations, openly communicating with employees and managers alike on this issue, recognizing there is work still to be done on the issue. Release from non-compete – in early 2020, we adopted a more flexible approach to our non-compete policy so that employees who choose to leave the company are not hamstrung in their future career choices. Employee work-life balance – in the past year we have sharpened our focus on helping our employees find, and maintain, a work-life balance that is equitable and supportive. We have made more resources for mental well-being available, shortened our meeting time windows to 25 and 55 minutes, providing training and materials to managers to help them recognize and triage the signs of team/employee burnout, implemented micro-learning opportunities to help a restructure the workweeks so that we can focus on projects that our meaningful to us, and launched a “Take 10” initiative to restructure how we work to allow everyone the opportunity to do work that is meaningful to each of us every week. Finally, your comment on Gary Laben’s conduct/attitude towards Dynata employees is unfair. Prior to the pandemic, Gary made a point to visit our many offices and interact with Dynatives, from joining trivia nights and office outings to walking the floors of offices and joining impromptu “water cooler” chats. During the pandemic, when so many of us are disconnected from the office experience, Gary has sought to stay connected with Dynatives around the world through video calls and chats from his home. Furthermore, over the last year, he and the leadership team have made great effort to engage with, and listen to, employees of all races, genders, identities and cultures in so many important conversations around social justice. We apologize if your experience as an employee was not positive and wish you all the best in the next chapter of your career.

Pros

flexable hours and reliiable pay for the hours you work. paid bi-weekly

Cons

you had a quota of calls you had to have daily and complete surveys. I could not make people answer their phones. i had to keep people on phone to complete surveys. some surveys would take 30mins! i could get completes. but i got cussed at and screamed at very regularly. i could still get a complete survey even being cussed at. but they kept making itarder with new quota requirements. it became a job that was way too stressful. hours dried up after presidential election. it wasnt very reliable on hours.

Pros

Peers are dedicated to each other and success of the team.

Cons

8+ presidents club winners have resigned in the last 12 months. North America sales leadership operates at a sales manager level and not a strategic thinker or executive leader. Comp plan is designed to hit 90-95% goal and not pay commissions.
