4yDue to Dynata being headquartered in the US, it can feel US-centric. We make a real effort to get feedback, opinions and information from all of our global offices, but we can always do better. As for office politics, unfortunately that tends to come with the territory, especially with a large global company like ours, but leadership prides itself on being fair and honest.
Our vision actually evolves, helping us set company, team, and individual goals, but you are right – it can get confusing. We will take this feedback and try to better communicate the company vision.
Employee engagement since the pandemic has certainly changed and evolved to maintain the safety of our employees, but it is still thriving, even virtually! There are also ways to participate, from joining employee resource groups to volunteering during our GIVE initiative. Additionally, we encourage you to reach out to your local HR rep to discuss any ideas you may have on how to boost engagement locally!
