Pros
- Decent healthcare and PTO benefits. - A LOT of really passionate employees that are great to work with and always willing to help. Especially on the operations side and knowledge and marketing side. - Good training program put on by the HR team.
Cons
- Some directors have no clue or training on how to manage people or their teams. - Be prepared to work nights and weekends on homework assignments, presentations, and reports they give you just to waste your time and make them feel good about their jobs. - Completely unrealistic goals determined by upper management that are just looking out for themselves. - Lots of gossiping. - Only one recruiter for the whole company that will over sell you on the job. Hence my advice to do your research. Don't take their word for the job description or expectations.
