Wonderful colleagues are one of the most commonly-reported benefits of Dynata, and we are glad you feel the same. As the country gets back to normal post-pandemic, our leaders understand the need for flexibility, but also see the value in face-to-face collaboration and engagement. This is why we are offering a hybrid schedule, to get the best of both worlds. As for compensation, we participate in multiple, global compensation surveys annually regarding employee pay and have an annual compensation process to ensure that we are paying competitive and rewarding performance, but we are sorry you feel the pay is low.
