Thank you for the feedback; we’re sorry you had such a negative experience working in one of our call centers. We set high expectations for all of our employees, from meeting quotas to being a quick study, and although the training period is brief, there are many channels you can turn to for help and guidance.
Completing surveys is how Dynata gets paid, and in turn how we pay our employees, and while feeling harassed is never okay (and you should speak to your HR rep), managers are merely trying to achieve company goals.
