Very rocky post merger, compensation could be better, system and tools are hit or miss. Depending on what team you are on, you may be expected to work 12 hour days, micromanaged and then isolated when you speak up. If you are not a personal friend of the top manager, good luck getting promoted... it's the gals club. Don't bother asking to be moved to another team, you will end up fearing for your job. Toxic and unprofessional is putting it lightly.
Not a terrible company overall, however, be very cautious of what role(s) and teams(s) you will be working with.
