We often hear that our people are our best asset; glad you agree! Our bonus structure is definitely a plus, although we’re sorry you were dissatisfied with your salary and merit increases.
We participate in annual global compensation surveys regarding employee pay to ensure that we are paying competitively and rewarding performance. Merit increases are not given out in every organization, and we try to ensure employees are rewarded even if the company doesn’t meet its financial goals!
