Pros
People: it's a relatively young environment with lots of people aged 18-34 who are usually willing to help and it's also a socially nice place to work. Training: boarding system is not perfect but it's effective and provides enough information to make you start working. Inhouse Gym
Cons
Senior Managers tend to work unreasonably unsupervised as if improvements are not needed for long term employees. Salary isn't great. Sometimes the lack of control in management leads the company to reward people for their seniority/status and not for their actual management and technical skills. This problem could promote unskilled management which, combined with the poor salaries and bonuses, gets people to gradually lose motivation and eventually leave for the lack of professional, technical and financial growth.
