MANY!! They cannot get your PR/Utilization correct. Every day it is different. One day they will say you had to make 11.9 survey completes, in a 5 hour time. Also you have to make 80- 100 calls per hour. I make 110 calls per hour yet told that is 70% utilization. So they say not actively working enough. Yet I am constantly dialing. Should it be that they are not monitoring enough to see that I am working?? They also put the blame on you if you do not make enough surveys. Yet people you dial are sick of seeing there company name on caller id. It can be said that it is a new project, yet it is same state. So people that you dial do not know it is a new project. They see the same survey company call them over and over and are probably sick of it. So they do not answer or they send to voicemail. So please explain ,Dynata, how to get surveys when people do not answer in first place. Dynata just expects people to come and go with there company. It does not matter how good of a worker you are. Here is another negative thing with there PR/utilization score. You can be doing your 100 calls per hour, yet you get a survey, the clock is ticking still on your calls hour. So when you finish survey, all of a sudden your calls hour drop below 80. All because you actually did a survey. So you start getting negative texts and messages from them. So all in all it is mainly negativity is all you get from Dynata. Does not matter if you get over there calls per hour or there surveys they want. P.S. Do not ever go on break with them. They do not like you to go to the restroom or get a drink or anything. You have to be there robot. One last thing. If you write them, do not expect a answer back. I wwrote them many messages and never get any answer from them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!
