Pros

Flexible hours You can pick your hours most are evening shifts

Cons

Horrible company, if you are running into technical issues and you try to get in contact with your supervisor or any customer support they will ignore you. Then they will purposely log you out and clock you out because they aren’t helping to solve the problem. And if you aren’t having any technical issues and are calling the maximum 65-100 calls per hour they will find a reason to clock you out on the first hour (example I called over 120 people in a hour) and they clocked me out saying I wasn’t making enough calls. Horrible company they will do anything to save money and pay you the lowest.

We often find that flexibility is one of the greatest benefits of our call center positions, and we are glad you’re enjoying it. Despite this, sorry to hear that you are largely dissatisfied with your Dynata experience. While working in a virtual capacity, the occasional technical hiccup can be expected. There is only so much we can do with basic troubleshooting for our remote workforce. However, it is not our practice to log employees out or clock them out to avoid providing assistance. We aim to provide as much troubleshooting as possible so that you can effectively perform your job. If you feel this was your experience, we encourage you to reach out to your HR representative or direct manager to rectify the matter. Regarding compensation, our voice services leadership team understands the importance of your role and evaluates wages to ensure they are within market range. Thanks for your review.
