We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience in one of our call centers. We must hold our call center agents to high standards and PR goals to maintain the integrity of our data. Feedback from supervisors is necessary to ensure employees are performing at their best and is not intended to micro-manage you. That being said, we do understand that there are certain aspects of cold calling our interviewers cannot control, which is why we recently added a conversion rate to our points system to help ensure employees are not penalized when calls are not answered. In a virtual position, technical difficulties may happen on occasion. It is not our practice to blame or punish employees for these issues.
