Pros
Weekly healthy breakfast, Quarterly meetings to understand the companies vision. Good place to learn a lot about how marketing is done worldwide. People are friendly and easy to get along with.
Cons
Lower management ignores issues or pushes them back on you. Upper management seems to have a direction but has a big disconnect from lower management. Not able to move up seems that hiring outside is better then promoting within. Some departments allow WFH while others are forced into the office each day. There are a lot of fresh college graduates working here as a first real job. This I think has ruined that WFH for some teams, as well as lower management wanting all the control they can have over each person.
