Stressful life, low pay - Director, Client Services Dynata Employee Review

Delivering on a poor product - especially survey programming - makes the job incredibly stressful. Clients are demanding enough without constantly having to apologize for subpar programming. When I was promoted from a senior account manager to the director of a team, I got like a $5k salary bump. Years later that's still insane to me. The weight I had to carry on my back compared to the salary I got was bonkers. I can't believe I stayed so long. Every other offer I've gotten since then has been way higher.
