Pros

it was pay. as minimal as it was given the fact management cut hours for days sometimes a week at a time.

Cons

Management structure. point system. Unrealistic goals. the constant pressure to perform the impossible at times. You cannot force someone to stay on the phone and answer questions if they absolutely do not want to participate, no matter how much refusal conversion you apply.

Like you touched on, we can’t guarantee how people are like when you answer the phone and there are seasons when shifts are subject to change based on work availability.
