Pros
Dynatrace is by far one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The product is amazing (and you don't need to take my word for it. We made history in the Gartner report for being the first company ever to achieve the highest AND and the farthest to the right position!) The team inspires you each day to do your best, rewards innovation and gives you plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. You can be in charge of how far you want to go in this company.
Cons
We need to do a better job of letting the world know who we are.
