Pros
I started about a year ago and many changes were needed, not only in my role but how my role would help drive change. Dynatrace has been very open with my ideas and let me drive them with open arms across the board. This is a place that encourages innovation and change, and if you are the person to run with that, its amazing to see what you can do here. The growth opportunities are there and if you can take ownership, the doors are wide open. Everyone is very friendly and even though its a large office, it feels like home and a family. There are always events and gatherings going on, happy hours and more. They provide you with snacks and more all the time and they really try to keep their employees happy and engaged. Dynatrace is home for myself and many others.
Cons
1 year in and I don't see many cons for my role, nor for many others. I am involved in many areas across Dynatrace and its all great!
