      Pros

      Decent salary, decent benefits, and good colleagues. There is not much to write about the Pros because there is no distinctive culture or benefits. It is good company but it is not the great one.

      Cons

      Salary is similar to what's offered by other company, benefits are no better than other company, and there are good people in other company too. Steep learning curve, no clear guidelines for handling certain situations because it is always changing, quite linear growth path. The company is quite disorganized when considering its size, each department is quite siloed. No Christmas bonus.

      Pros

      The people are one of the best parts of working here.

      Cons

      The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
