      * Shared floor with all the department * Face-to-face interaction with clients at times * Easier and faster communication and getting to know different people * Great tool and amazing learning opportunity * Customer interaction which is even better to deliver their needs and meet the organisational goals

      * None that I can think of because now we are also moving to a new floor and expanding

      The people are one of the best parts of working here.

      Cons

      The organization continues to undergo significant platform and organizational changes, creating ongoing growing pains. Priorities shift frequently, making it difficult for teams to build momentum and execute long-term initiatives. Reduced investment and tighter budgets have led to fewer resources and increased pressure on existing teams. Leadership could provide a clearer long-term vision and communicate strategic changes more consistently
