Pros
Team members make work bearable. There are a lot of friendly people and a majority of co-workers are willing to help you. It is like when you have a common enemy, people bond together. The office is easy to get to from the freeway.
Cons
HIGH STRESS ENVIRONMENT with little reward. The processes and procedures are so outdated which makes work very inefficient and slow forcing you to have to put in overtime. The turnover is so high that it is extremely difficult to have any type of consistency. Some teams are spread so thin but the company doesn't care about staying under-staffed if that means they can dump the load onto the existing team members with very minimal raises/promotions. It is also expected that people work while on vacation since they don't have the manpower to have people back each other up while someone is out of the office. Some managers also like to give people grief over having family obligations or wanting to start a family. There is no respect of work/life balance.
