Pros
Low pressure job. Based on own hours - project based. Great product, known company in home goods. Lots of travel opportunities and go to multiple trade shows throughout the year.
Cons
If you are not Asian then there is a large discrimination. At least in HQ (Fremont). Asian employees speak Chinese in front of non-speakers without disregard of understanding. Especially in doing business or interdepartmental interactions.
