Pros

Senior People are good, except some few managers

Cons

Company is stuck with old monolith frame work as a fresher if u go, u will be stuck with learning old and unused framework, no time to up skill and management is very strict, no manager or director has any power, vp will monitor each and every one individual and can fire u on the spot, no job security at all

Great culture, friendly staff, on the job training was very supportive and detailed

Pay was not great but they had lots of room for internal advancement in the company

* The WiseTech acquisition * Random terminations * AI initiatives declared but not financially backed (at least not enough to be affective) Dear reader: please read up on WiseTech Global (and Richard White) before considering working at this place! Their history is beyond sordid and it permeates into everything they do.
