- Fast moving company (2-3 acquisitions a year) - Great benefits - Competitive package as compared to market - Mgt team manages work performance seriously, non-performer gets managed out - Office in a great location, accessible via public transport - Plenty of work opportunities depending on whether you seize it or not - Work from home flexibility

Cons

- Moving fast but teams unable to catch up cohesively
