Thanks for your feedback. Your comment on the work environment for females concerns me, and I invite you to contact me directly to know more specifics. I will say that we provide harassment training throughout our offices and also have a hotline service where employees may post concerns anonymously. To date, there have been no such issues reported. I ask employees to speak up when something feels wrong so that action can be taken quickly.
