Pros

I have nothing good to say about this employer.

Cons

Same story that I’ve read about this company on here already. Bought out the company I worked for, promised everyone a raise, better benefits, no lay offs or changes etc. Sent out offer letters to everyone, with salary that was less then we were already making, “fixed” it by resending the offer letters with no raises. When we asked about the promised raises we were told “the bonus at the end of the year is your raise”. Benefits are more expensive, making my pay actually go down. And within weeks started to lay people off. They come in promising you better everything, hoping you will be appeased but then immediately back track as soon as they can

Thank you for your feedback. I've checked on the items you mention and offer additional information. The initial file received by E2open which contained compensation data for your company was not accurate, thereby requiring a revision when the correct data was received. My understanding is that no raises were promised, but can confirm that every employee was informed of their participation in one of the company incentive plans which will pay out at the conclusion of the fiscal year. I understand that the benefit costs were higher than your company was accustomed to paying. Benefits is one piece of the overall total rewards system -- while the benefit cost may be higher, you also become eligible for an annual bonus and annual merit increases. Along with that, greater development opportunities. Within the last 12 months, we recognized 21% of employees globally who received a promotion. The chance to learn and grow your career in a successful and rapidly growing company is a large benefit. I invite you to reach out to me to discuss any concerns in further details.

Pros

* Great teammates * Flexible working hours * "Unlimited" PTO

Cons

* The WiseTech acquisition * Random terminations * AI initiatives declared but not financially backed (at least not enough to be affective) Dear reader: please read up on WiseTech Global (and Richard White) before considering working at this place! Their history is beyond sordid and it permeates into everything they do.
