Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. We strive to provide a competitive array of benefits and market competitive compensation. As for reorganization and changes, we have had a lot of growth over the past five years and with that, there have been changes to position us to the needs of the market and position us for growth. That can result in management changes from time to time. Thank you again.

Their history is beyond sordid and it permeates into everything they do.
