Great coworkers, lots of room to learn about product. Great opportunity to work directly with clients and resolve day-to-day issues.

Cons

Limited opportunities internally and externally - esp. after spending considerable amount of time with this company. Instead of limiting a person to one project, management should consider rotating people on projects.

Their history is beyond sordid and it permeates into everything they do.
