4yThank you for posting! Yes, work/life balance can be tricky. We strive to encourage employees to work with their managers should hours need adjusting or projects become too demanding. As we look to return to the office, we will keep working remote as an option and a built in every week, so that may help people to balance needs at home with being in the office and with colleagues.
