Expect you take 100 training courses when you start and know everything day 1. Management doesn’t communicate directly to you instead they have their minions tell you. Definitely watch who you talk to, don’t trust anyone, they will talk about you behind your back, ask you million questions just to throw you under the bus. You expected work day & night if you want your bonus plan work 50 hrs a week. Bonus is Pennies not worth personal time. 401k sucks you can’t even invest you money in different accounts Health insurance premium extremely high No salary increase when cost of living and inflation at all time high Selective hearing & memory with management Under pay compare to other Team members on same team
