Lots and Lots of work.
Cons
Executive team has been completely replace twice in the last five years. The current team has made no improvements, in fact things are getting worst. There has been no bonuses in the last two years and only 1% salary increase last years. We have not received this years raises yet, but from what I hearing, it will be like last year (1%). Total pay is at the low end of the range. To make maters worst, management makes promises about promotions and then hires someone outside the organization to take the position that position.
