Pros
Leadership means well, but is inept at enacting measurable change
Cons
Complete disorganization from the C-Suite down. Global Town Hall calls are held where the CEO sounds like he really does not want to be there. It has been multiple years of changes to leadership, organizational changes and no clear direction on the day to day. There is a serious lack of effort shown to keep employees happy with no pay increases or bonuses the last few years.
