      Pros

      A good company with a good reputation. A lot of young people, with an open work environment.

      Cons

      Pay scale is very low. Management are young and not properly trained to lead. Your success as a marketing associate(randomly assigned on forums) determines if you will ever get promoted. Regardless of department.

      Pros

      Great people and a pretty good work life balance. Overall I enjoyed the work I did but it was very repetitive.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to competition. They also don't really listen to what their employees want.
