GMP work was messy with management twisting quality to make exceptions to meet client desires. You are rewarded for good work but an excess of that task to complete endlessly. Quoting and management treated lab staff as a button to press for more data and revenue. Safety was not important with no EHS staff. Safety measures were an inconvenience toward getting clients data sooner.
