      Pros

      Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 403b w/ Company Match, Wellness Program I have a supportive team and value my supervisors feedback and mentorship. I'm constantly asked about what they can give me for professional development. Senior Management seem to care about employee opinions through surveys and have made changes to improve.

      Cons

      There is always something a company can improve on, but I'm genuinely a happy employee at EAH. EAH is always looking at ways to improve and change can be difficult for some employees who are used to doing something a certain way.

      Benefits, a sense of belonging, salary, the diversity throughout the company.

      Cons

      Workload can be excessive. Too much reports. Things can get a bit repetitive.

      Management plays favorites, promotions or pay raises are minimal, benefits are expensive out of pocket.
