Pros
Fun and ever changing work environment. Coworkers are friendly and willing to talk to each other. Occasional office events (there used to be a lot more excitement and events in the office). Scheduling is flexible and opportunities to work from home if needed. PTO is accrued at a reasonable rate. 401k is fully vested almost immediately.
Cons
The day can be long and monotonous. The biggest thing this that the pay is very low even for Idaho standards. Seems like they trap you in the corporate structure of great benefits so they don’t have to pay as much. Another big disadvantage to working here is the lack of communication from upper management to the employees that actually have to manage the outcomes. Many unilateral decisions that lead to chaos on the customer facing end with little to no support from the people who made the decisions. Not much room for advancement due to corporate structure and opportunity.
