Low pay with poor management and communication. - Materials Handler II ECCO Safety Group Employee Review

Communication is a mess, very disconnected. Upper management is out of touch with the daily ongoings, do not expect to be recognized or compensated for hard work. Very low pay for the job requirements and hazards. Can't maintain or replace staff fast enough to support the remaining staff.
