Pros

They will give you the autonomy and flexibility to do what you need to do. But it won't be given to you and you have to earn it. It is truly a family environment and these people care about who works for them. I have seen plenty of people that used to work for this firm leave for one reason or the other and then come back. To me, it says a lot if people are not only willing to come back, but that the company is willing to take them back. They are very open to change and suggestions on how things can be done differently. If you have an issue, they are totally open to hearing you out. And as for work life balance, I don't think that you will find a better place locally.

Cons

This is not a personal con but could be for those who do not adapt well to change. Things are continuously changing as the company grows. So if you are not one that can ebb and flow with change, you will struggle. If you are a driven professional, you can succeed here for the most part.

Pros

There is no pros at all

Cons

It is the worst and most incompetent staffing agency. Stay far far away. They simply don't know how to work as a staffing agency. They were not capable of answering any IT & HR related questions, they could not solve IT problems, HR did not explain anything, and they could not work proactively, they made payroll errors frequently, and their selection of benefits providers were . There is no support so you are on your own. There are a lot of negative impact on your performance and it continues even after separation.
