      Generally great people to work with and can get things done when you have a caring manager.

      If you don't have a capable manager, getting ahead is extremely difficult.

      Pros

      Some of the nicest people I have worked with. Great culture and no overworking hours or overtime. HR supportive and nice, makes doing the job easy.

      Cons

      Nothing really I have encountered, hard to move up in Customer Service if you do not speak Spanish.
