Pros

I worked part-time with ECI Group for four months and it was a very positive experience. My supervisor was always asking for input on what I wanted to learn and gave me the freedom to complete tasks the way I felt was best. I always believed I was as much part of the team as any other person and that my work had direct impact on the bottom line. The job I did during my four months solidified my intent on doing similar type of work in the future. There was real work to get done every day and the work I did helped achieve goals and target metrics for the period. The company saw the benefit in using my help right away. I communicated with others on the team regularly and spoke with supervisors enough to be guided in the way I carried out tasks, and it never felt like we were wasting time - it was always about deriving solutions to problems we encountered or taking preventative measures. Below are some pros to working for ECI Groups. • Freedom given to employees to complete tasks in their own manner • Competitive pay • Flexible schedule • Resourceful, driven corporate culture with strong communication between employees • Acknowledgement of achievements and quality of work • Communication with senior management • Learn what you want to learn • Detailed feedback on performance and advice for improvement

Please know that we hear your concerns and have already begun taking steps to address several of the areas you mentioned. We are currently developing a skill-building program designed to help prepare employees for leadership roles, which we plan to launch in March, beginning with our Leadership Series Lunch & Learn. In addition, we introduced ECI Innovates in 2025 to focus on strengthening our technology and overall tech stack, and this remains an ongoing priority. We also strive to keep employees informed through quarterly All-Hands meetings and internal communications, and we aim to highlight our onsite teams whenever possible through initiatives such as our monthly newsletters, Paylocity recognition, and leaderboard. At the same time, we understand the desire for more in-person connection and will continue exploring ways to strengthen engagement across our property teams.
