Creating a healthy and supportive work environment is a top priority for us and we know that micro-management can hinder productivity and morale. We are committed to providing managers with the training and tools necessary to support their teams effectively while fostering a culture of trust and autonomy.
We do actively review our pay and benefits, benchmarking them against the local market for all the roles in our team and the well-being of our employees is of utmost importance. It is disheartening to hear about the level of stress and emotional strain you experienced. We have programs to support mental health and work-life balance, and will make sure that crying at work is never considered 'normal' or acceptable.
