Pros
ELEVI has a very "family" feel for it's employees even though it's a fast-growing company. The management listens and cares about what makes employees motivated and happy to work for them. They listen to feedback and adapt to ensure employees WANT and are able to give their best to the clients. The company encourages a sense of pride in working there and the benefits are fantastic!
Cons
Not really a Con as all businesses seem this way, but things are fast moving and fast growing. The challenges that go along with that remain, but are handled well with clear communication.
