      Thank you for the positive review. As an organization we try to provide training and growth opportunities. In 2015 when one of major builders decided to go direct, and the industry also saw a bit of a down turn, we had to restructure. However since then we've seen a strong growth pattern and have continued to hire and add to our overall numbers (many of whom have been employees that have decided to come back to Ellison, for which we are very grateful)

      I’ve had a very positive experience with Ellison Technologies so far. One of the standout aspects was the hiring process. It was impressively fast, and the team kept me informed at every step, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The onboarding process was also very well organized. I felt welcomed right away and had everything I needed to get up to speed quickly. It’s clear the company puts effort into setting new employees up for success. The work environment is friendly and collaborative. People are approachable, and there’s a strong sense of respect across teams. I especially appreciate that there’s no micromanagement. Leadership trusts employees to do their jobs and values their skills and expertise. That level of trust creates a more positive and productive workplace.
