We're sorry to hear that there wasn't test equipment although this seems surprising considering that each operation maintains its own test equipment locally. Additionally, this role is a regional position servicing the Carolina markets and doesn't include international travel (unless possibly for some very specific training at some point in an employee's career.)

I’ve had a very positive experience with Ellison Technologies so far. One of the standout aspects was the hiring process. It was impressively fast, and the team kept me informed at every step, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The onboarding process was also very well organized. I felt welcomed right away and had everything I needed to get up to speed quickly. It’s clear the company puts effort into setting new employees up for success. The work environment is friendly and collaborative. People are approachable, and there’s a strong sense of respect across teams. I especially appreciate that there’s no micromanagement. Leadership trusts employees to do their jobs and values their skills and expertise. That level of trust creates a more positive and productive workplace.
